The Rammun Foundation was born from a profound moment of connection during one of Gaza’s darkest hours.

When the genocide in Gaza began in October 2023, photographer, stylist, humanitarian and founder Eman Mabrouk took to social media to help amplify the voices of those affected.

One evening, during an Instagram Live session, Ali Karraz—a resident of Gaza—joined the conversation and shared a vivid account of life under occupation and bombardment.

Together, Eman and her community raised enough funds to help Ali evacuate and provide essential food and water for his family.

That single act of solidarity sparked a movement far greater than we could have imagined.

Through her connections with Palestinians on the ground, learned about their struggles firsthand, and strategized ways to strengthen her impact.

In July 2024, Eman left her job to dedicate herself fully to her mission and in September, The Rammun Foundation was born.

As a mutual aid group, the foundation began providing meals and since then, Eman has raised over $100K in aid.

From blankets to medical assistance to water to baby goods, The Rammun Foundation meets the diverse but all equally important needs of the people living in North Gaza.
